Key Ingredients:

Pure Bulgarian Rose Water + Rose Oil – Soothing and refreshing rose water and rejuvenating rose oil gently tone and beautify skin, ensuring more youthful appearance. The fragrant duo has a positive effect on surface capillaries to help even skin tone and boost natural skin glow.

Bisabolol – super soothing action of Candea tree bark extract blocks the irritation resulting in melanin overproduction responsible for uneven skin pigmentation. Helps reduce visible effects of irritation and inflammation and brightens skin.

Essential Oil Blend:

Use

Amazing toner!

I absolutely love this toner. I spritz it on to my face, neck and décolleté and let it naturally absorb into my skin, and after a couple of minutes I apply the moisturiser. It leaves my skin hydrated and it has a lovely scent.

Beautiful Toner

This is a review for Rose Otto Facial Toner. After cleansing at night with other Alteya products and using their Face Wash in the morning, I follow both rituals with a spray of the Toner. The Toner comes in a bottle with a spray and held at almost arm's length away from face, one spray is sufficient to spritz all my face and neck. I shut my eyes whilst I spray! Lovely mild rose fragrance and face feels well toned and refreshed, ready to receive serum or moisturiser, whatever one uses from this range. I am 75 and well experienced in skin care and I always find it is worth using products from one's chosen skin care company, rather than mixing other brands. I have normal but sensitive skin. All these products are perfect for sensitive skin, in my opinion, based on my own experience.

Good value

I’ve had rose hydrolate water in the past. Bulgarian rose is meant to be the best. I use it as a toner mature skin.

Rose water

Exactly as described. Smell is good, smells clean and not chemically or bad as some people have said. Bottle is glass which is great as I can reuse it.

I use it on my scalp and it’s not been irritating or anything.

Not much to say about it. Good product.

Refreshing

Loving this, first time using a rose water spray. It’s great in the morning as I double cleanse at night and don’t wash my face in the morning (it’s a thing I’m trying, internet raves about it), just a few sprays of this before my serum and spf etc
