Citrus Aurantium Amara

Neroli essential oil is steam-distilled from the delicate blossoms of the evergreen bitter orange tree, *Citrus Aurantium Amara*. Interestingly, this tree yields three different essential oils: Bitter Orange essential oil from the cold-pressed fruit peels, Petitgrain oil from the steam-distilled leaves, and Neroli oil from the fresh flowers.

To ensure optimal quality and preserve its exquisite aroma, the Neroli blossoms must be distilled immediately after harvesting. The resulting oil offers a powerful, yet light and uplifting floral scent, with sweet, citrusy, and green top notes.

Highly prized in perfumery, Neroli oil is valued not only for its elegant, floral-citrus bouquet but also for its natural fixative properties that help anchor aromatic blends.

Often referred to as the “oil of romance,” Neroli is traditionally associated with weddings and sensuality, thanks to its ability to create a serene and intimate atmosphere.

SUGGESTED USE

Create your own natural perfume by blending 4 drops of Neroli oil, 2 drops of Rose oil, and 6 drops of Rosewood oil. Pour into a roller bottle and top up with a carrier oil of your choice.
